MATE who played in the band told me this morning... apparently had a bad fall from his bike at the weekend... went to hospital to get checked out got the all clear sent home... died in his flat that night... MATE said he'd been in a bad way for quite a few years so not really a surprise...

Bugger. I take it this was in the offing with the 'leaving to go solo' announcements last year...

'Do Anything...' was the archetypal song of youth back in the late 70s...

He had liver problems a good few years back?
